Refund and Exchange Policy

If you believe you have received a damaged or wrong item, Kindly contact us at: support@antiquecandle.com with your order number and a photograph of the item you received within 7 days of receipt. You will also need to provide us with the proof of purchase receipt. 

** Note: Sales items, used products, returns due to change of mind are not eligible under this refund policy ** 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returns documentation submission. We will let you know if the refund has been approved. If it is approve, you will be automatically be refunded back on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for our processing. Allow 5 working days for us to process and allow a few more days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
